Cabo is a place for everybody.  It is like California but better, everybody speaks fluent english and the water is bottled.  If you like golf, sport fishing, yachting, scuba, whale watching, surfing and beautiful beaches you will probably like Cabo. Its just a 2 hour flight from Texas and California.  Cabo is steadily growing with new golf resorts and new private marinas popping up everywhere.  The most exclusive resort development in Cabo is Capella in Pedrigal of Juan Diaz Rivera. Capella is the finest is modern luxury with full time butlers and concierge service. Private yacht memberships with a private yacht club. Cabo’s market trend for property value is going straight up. If you had invested there just ten years ago you could have doubled or tripled your money by now.  And it is safe to say, it’s not too late.  The latest developer to jump into the Cabo market is Donald Trump.
