Dallas: the city with money to burn
Many people still think of oil wells and cowboy hats when they think of Dallas. Could it be any farther from this? No. Uptown Dallas is the Beverly Hills of Texas, modern architecture every you look, unless you’re distracted by the silicone. Dallas is not filled with oil wells, it’s filled with the offspring of those who owned the oil wells. And if you drive a Beamer it better not be a 3-series or you will be snubbed for sure. Dallas has many features that draw the yuppies of today and tomorrow. The nightlife is within walking distance and the zoning creates a pleaseantville atmosphere like no other. If you are recently single, ready to mingle in the right tax bracket and on nobody’s A-list maybe you need to relocate. The local economy is booming and is heavily diverse, from energy to retail. Great market for class-A commercial and luxury residential.
